VorselunIQ privacy policy

The short version

VorselunIQ audits your PC on your PC. It reads file information, never file contents, and sends nothing to us.

What the app does with your data

VorselunIQ reads metadata about the files and folders you choose to audit — names, paths, attributes such as "encrypted" or "cloud-only", and where links point. It does not open file contents, and it opens items in a way that stops a cloud provider downloading them. It doesn't change, move, upload or delete anything.

Results stay in the app until you close it. A report (HTML, CSV or JSON) is written only when you choose to save one, to the place you choose. Reports list file paths from your PC, so treat them accordingly before sharing one.

Network connections

VorselunIQ contains no networking, telemetry, analytics or crash-reporting code of its own. When it starts, it asks the Microsoft Store whether this copy is licensed, using Windows' standard Store licensing interface; no file information is part of that request.

Outside the app's control: VorselunIQ is distributed through the Microsoft Store and runs on Windows. When you get it from the Store, the Store and Windows make their own connections to Microsoft for purchases, licences, updates and Windows features, under Microsoft's privacy statement. Mirage Interactive does not receive that data, other than the aggregate sales and crash reports Microsoft provides to every Store publisher.

What we do not do

VorselunIQ has no account, no advertising, no analytics or tracking library, and no crash-reporting service. It does not send your files, folders or settings to Mirage Interactive, and we don't sell or share personal data.

If you email us

If you contact support, we receive what you send — your email address and message, and anything you attach. We use it to help you and keep it only as long as that's useful. See the website privacy policy for how email is handled.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: legal@mirageinteractive.uk. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If VorselunIQ's data practices change, this page changes first, with a new "Last updated" date.
