Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

Scope

This policy applies to the mirageinteractive.uk website only. Each Mirage Interactive product has its own privacy policy, linked from the product's own site.

What this site collects

Aside from the product waitlists described below, this website does not ask you for any information. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any cross-site tracking, and we set no cookies of our own — none for analytics or marketing. We use exactly one analytics service: Plausible Analytics, described next.

Plausible counts page views — path, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and country. Per its data policy it sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and does not fingerprint visitors. The script loads from plausible.io; if you block it, this site works identically.

Product waitlists

If you join a product waitlist (e.g. Mirage Lumen), we store the email address you submit and the time you submitted it, in a Cloudflare KV namespace. You give us your email; we hold it for one purpose: to tell you about Mirage Lumen. We do not use it for anything else. We process it on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing legal@mirageinteractive.uk.

Waitlist emails are deleted within 30 days of the launch announcement, or immediately when you ask — email legal@mirageinteractive.uk and we action deletion requests on receipt. Entries are stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (US-headquartered); details of the applicable transfer safeguards are available on request.

If you email us

Emails sent to any @mirageinteractive.uk address are received via Cloudflare Email Routing and handled in Proton Mail. We retain correspondence only as long as it is useful to do so, and we do not share it with third parties outside of lawful requests.

Everything we hold

The complete ledger of personal data this studio holds, with the processor and, where confirmed, the jurisdiction. If it isn't on this list, we don't have it.

That is the whole list. The apps are otherwise absent because your content — questions, audio, notes, pulls — is processed and stored on your device and never reaches us.

We are a UK company. Compelling us yields nothing beyond this ledger, because your content in the apps never reaches us.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Ask us what we hold, or ask us to delete it: legal@mirageinteractive.uk. We action deletion requests on receipt and respond within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
