Privacy policy

Scope

This policy applies to the mirageinteractive.uk website only. Each Mirage product has its own privacy policy, linked from the product's own site.

What this site collects

Aside from the product waitlists described below, this website does not ask you for any information. We do not run Google Analytics, social pixels, or third-party trackers. We do not set cookies for analytics or marketing.

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that counts page hits by path and country without setting cookies, storing IP addresses, or fingerprinting visitors. There is nothing tied back to you.

Product waitlists

If you join a product waitlist (e.g. Mirage Lumen), we store the email address you submit and the time you submitted it, in a Cloudflare KV namespace, so that we can email you when the product ships. We do not use this address for anything else. You can request deletion at any time by emailing legal@mirageinteractive.uk; we will delete within 30 days and confirm.

If you email us

Emails sent to any @mirageinteractive.uk address are received via Cloudflare Email Routing and handled in Proton Mail. We retain correspondence only as long as it is useful to do so, and we do not share it with third parties outside of lawful requests.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email legal@mirageinteractive.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
