Privacy policy

Scope

This policy applies to the mirageinteractive.uk website only. Each Mirage Interactive app has its own privacy policy — see the list on the support page.

What this site collects

This website does not ask you for any information. There is no form on it, no sign-up, and no waitlist. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any cross-site tracking, and we set no cookies of our own — none for analytics or marketing. We use exactly one analytics service: Plausible Analytics, described next.

Plausible counts page views — path, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and country — plus clicks on our "Get it on Google Play" and "Get it from Microsoft Store" buttons, recorded only as which product and platform the button was for, and clicks on the homepage's product and "See the software" / "What each app connects to" links, recorded only as which link was clicked. It cannot tell us whether you bought anything. Per its data policy it sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and does not fingerprint visitors. The script loads from plausible.io; if you block it, this site works identically.

Hosting

This site, and the file host WearKeeper downloads its optional AI model from (models.mirageinteractive.uk), are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address and ordinary request details (such as the page requested, time and browser) to deliver pages and files and to protect the site from abuse. We don't use that information to identify or track visitors, and we don't keep our own access logs. Cloudflare's handling is described in its privacy policy.

The waitlist we used to run

This site previously offered a waitlist for Mirage Lumen. It was closed in July 2026 when work on Lumen paused, and the single email address it had collected was deleted. We hold nothing from it. Saying so here rather than quietly removing the section, because a policy that stops mentioning something is indistinguishable from a policy that is out of date.

If you email us

Emails sent to any @mirageinteractive.uk address are received via Cloudflare Email Routing and handled in Proton Mail. We retain correspondence only as long as it is useful to do so, and we do not share it with third parties outside of lawful requests.

Everything we hold

The complete ledger of personal data this studio holds, with the processor and, where confirmed, the jurisdiction. If it isn't on this list, we don't have it.

• Aggregate page-view counts. Page path, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and country — held by Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Tartu, Estonia; company registration 14709274). Visitor data is processed and stored exclusively in the EU (Hetzner in Germany, UpCloud in Finland, Bunny in Slovenia). No cookies, no stored IP addresses, and nothing tied to an individual.
• Email correspondence. If you email us: received via Cloudflare Email Routing and handled in Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland). Kept while useful, never shared outside lawful requests.
• Store reports. Google Play and Microsoft Partner Center give every publisher sales, installation and app-health reports in the form those companies decide. We use them to run the business and don't combine them with anything else.

That is the whole list. The apps are otherwise absent because your content — your files, your collection, your photos, your notes, your prices — is processed and stored on your device and is not sent to us. Each app's own connections are itemised on the verify page and in its privacy policy.

We are a UK company. Compelling us yields nothing beyond this ledger, because your content in the apps is not sent to us.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Ask us what we hold, or ask us to delete it: legal@mirageinteractive.uk. We action deletion requests on receipt and respond within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
